Macon Beer Company is a
production brewery located in the Heart of Georgia. We
have a unique perspective on brewing that comes from our Brew Master, who happens to also be a
Professional Chemical Engineer. Our innovative recipes
and techniques result in both brewing efficiency and beer quality beyond industry
standards. We have wild ideas and overly
technical methods but that’s simply a manifestation of our passion to make your mouth
happy.

NEWS AND EVENTS
Exciting times are on
the horizon. The convergence of several brewery
milestones is imminent. Equipment has been ordered for
fabrication and will arrive in the next few months. In
the meantime, renovations are occurring to prepare the building for both the shiny new brewing
equipment and the good times that lie in store for middle Georgia. In addition, various government entities are reviewing documentation required for
licensure (fingers crossed). We’re simultaneously
developing new recipes, refining old ones, creating labels, designing tap handles, ending global
warming, inventing new numbers, and populating Saturn.
